Turn Traditional Thinking Upside Down. Most people focus on new patients first, then existing patients and their staff last. I think you should turn this upside down and make sure your staff are happy first, ...then existing patients (you won't get many new patients if you don't look after the existing ones you have) ...and only then, the new patients. Make sure your staff are happy and it will show through to your patients and create a practice where you look after your patients well and the word will get out. Don't focus your efforts on new patients at the expense of these things.
