Good is not good enough, you have to be remarkable.

Ask any of your colleagues what sort of service they give and they will all say that they are ‘good’. No one will admit to being average.

Good is the new average.
 
You have to be exceptional, or more specifically, remarkable.  This means you need to give patients a reason to remark upon you.

Everyone is good, so if you want patients to seek you out and pay a premium to see you, you have to stand out.
