It doesn't matter how much planning or thought that goes in to the service that you want to offer, you must be regularly communicating.
- Communicating on your website
- Communicating on your social media
- Communicating to your database of patients who have been to clinic or had treatments
The ideal is once a week, but aim for once a month and move on from there.
