ASA is OK. Are You Helping People?
There seems to be two camps. Those traditional doctors who feel that advertising in medicine should not be allowed
...and those that are on tik tok and snapchat offering deals and offers.
Like with most things, the ideal situation is in the middle. I think that advertising is fine, but there has to be boundaries, which is why the ASA (advertising standards authority) is OK.
If you are helping people and simply letting them know what you can do, that is good. The NHS does that.
However, coercing or exaggerating claims is wrong whatever field you are in.
