207. THE CLUB – If You Are Going To Advertise, Don’t Advertise What You Do.
If you are going to advertise (and whether you think you are or not, you are advertising in some way already), don’t just tell people what you do, they already know that.
You should not be trying to educate the public that hip replacements exist or that you can treat skin rashes, they already know that.
If you are just making them aware of the treatment, then you are just a commodity and they will be able to get that from anywhere.
You need to be looking at it from your customer’s point of view and giving them a reason to come and see you.
