Focus on your good thing even if other people do the same thing.
Strive to separate yourself from your colleagues and competitors by telling people how and why you do a specific thing well. It may be the same as everyone else is doing (in fact it probably is, because not many of us are doing anything wildly different), but you are just doing this thing in this way.
