I have always been a great proponent of using video to help engage with your patients and yet no one really seems to be doing it.

I know that it is awkward and no one particularly likes it, but you are really missing a trick if you are not getting on board.

There is absolutely no excuse in this day and age for not producing regular videos and it is a great way to talk to your patient and get your message across.

You will be surprised at how many people will say ‘I feel I know you because I have seen your videos’.

Don’t just listen to me saying this – get out there and do it!
