If you have a good secretary or a clinic nurse, you can offer access to them.

You may say that patients can call and speak to them already, but you can make this a ‘thing’.

Offer ‘free video calls with a member of the team’ – that patients can book on to.

It may be something that patients can already do, but formalising it and making it bookable will lend it more importance and patients will value it more.
