94. THE CLUB - You have to charge more if you are going to offer a better service. Many of the things that we can offer to give a better service do not necessarily cost us any more and we may feel bad charging for it. ...but we have to charge for things if we want patients to value them. It is detrimental to try to add more value to your practice and charge the same as your colleagues.
