Use Voice. We are all time poor and yet it is important to get content out there, so perhaps the easiest way is to use your voice. This means dictating blog posts/emails. Talking in to your iphone to make podcasts (like this) ...and if you can add video to it, making videos, preferably live so you don't have to edit and can't back out.
