Be Better Than Average. Most of us are vanilla and we charge the same as our colleagues, we look the same as our colleagues and don't try to distinguish ourselves at all. We think that our reputation and clinical skill will separate us apart. ...but is doesn't, at least not for anything but a very small group of patients. Face it - you are average. How about thinking about how you can be better than average?
