Treating patients ethically is good business. I hear about some companies that don't seem interested in patients once they have taken their money and the excuse is that it is because 'they are a business'. ...but this is not good business and they will not last long with this business model. It is good business to look after you clients and provide a great service and sometimes for us, that means not treating them. We are doctors first and must treat the patient.
