Be Consistent With Your Messaging - give more value and charge more for it. I think a lot of us have a hang up with earning money and do not feel that we should earn large sums. Try not to feel guilty for charging a lot for your service. If you are focused on helping your patients and giving them more value than others - you will be expected to charge more and are doing a disservice by not charging more.
