No one will read everything you put out there, so it is OK to repeat yourself. 

You should be keeping in touch with your database with relevant and helpful information and it is OK if that information is on your website, or you have already told them in clinic. 

Not everyone will read everything you put out there and if they do, they may not remember and so it is fine, in fact, essential, to repeat yourself.
