It's OK to charge patients for giving them more support.
 
 You must let go of the NHS mentality that we are only here to seek out and treat pathology.
 
 Many of us spend a lot of time providing support and reassurance and this is valuable to patients.
 
 It is OK to follow up with patients and to offer a support service if they have concerns.
