Your Private Practice can (and should) be better than your NHS Practice.
 
 There is an opportunity in private practice to provide excellent service over and above what is possible with your NHS patients (or insured patients).
 
 ...why are you not seizing the opportunity and offering a more comprehensive service as an option?
