Don’t take any opportunity that arises.  Think about the outcome and is it something that you really want or just something that happened to come along.

Don’t be tempted to join a council or a committee just because you have been asked.

Or become clinical lead or training supervisor…

If it aligns with your goals, great, but if not, don’t do it.

Think about where you want to be going before taking the leap.
