I think a lot of us are afraid of contacting patients outside the normal practice of GP letters and appointment reminders, but if you want to grow a successful practice, you have to get over this.
Keeping in regular contact with your current and potential patients is essential if you want to cultivate a caring and authoritative brand.
This means phoning, emailing and texting.
It must be done judiciously and only about things that are relevant to that patient
…but it must be done.
I know we worry about looking like spam, but the more you do it, the less spammy it will be.
