Everyone says that they give a great service which makes it hard to know who to believe.

Make a point of developing a process for how patients are treated postoperatively and tell patients what you are offering so that they can compare it with others.

Not many people do this, so it should not be hard to come away favourably to justify why someone should have treatment with you.
