I think a lot of doctors think they should be busier than they are in their private practice.
They think they offer a great service and they think they are better than the other options out there to treat the conditions they treat.
…but it doesn’t matter what you think.
It matters what patients think.
You can’t expect patients to just know that you are the best option, you have to tell them and tell them why.
