You have to give people an idea of what you can do for them, before you actually do it.

Most of us rely on word of mouth, which is people recommending us after they have experienced the treatment we have provided.

This is a brilliant source of patients, but if you want to have a business rather than a job, you need to have more control over the flow of patients in to your practice and you cannot hide your excellent customer experience until people are treated by you, you need to find way to communicate what you offer and why someone should come and see you.
