No one wants an operation, they want a result.  They don’t care how long it takes or how much or how little you need to do during the procedure.

Longer is not necessarily better and you don’t need to talk too much about the nuances of what you do, instead focus on the outcomes they can expect and if anything, a quicker procedure with less involvement, is better.
