Don’t be tempted to put all your information on your website.
Just put enough to encourage patients to want to find out more.
You should have a button clearly visible at various places on the page including at the top (above the fold) to allow patients to indicate interest in your service.
This could be something like:
· ‘Find out more about what happens at consultation’
· Request prices
· Learn about the different ways to …
· Information about…
Once they have contacted you, then you can start to give more information, both about the thing they have asked about and also about you and your practice.
This should be drip feed in a series of emails and you can use an email autoresponder software to do this automatically. I use one called Keap and you can get a referral link from me if you are thinking of using it.
Many emails with just one point in each is better than one email with a whole lot of information that few people are going to read through.
