You cannot say something is all good without highlighting what is bad about it.

You have to differentiate to attract your ideal patients, but this means that while you should share why you are the best person to treat that person or type of condition, you also have to say what person or condition you are not so well suited to treat.

It is hard because we all want to treat everyone, but it will make your life easier and it will result in more work, not less.
